2、氣路循環(huán)系統(tǒng):壓縮機工作時,空氣經(jīng)過自潔式空氣過濾器被吸入,通過PLC自動清洗過濾器,空氣在經(jīng)過進口導(dǎo)葉自動調(diào)節(jié)后進入一級壓縮,經(jīng)一級壓縮后的氣體溫度較高,然后進入中間冷卻器進行冷卻(水走管內(nèi),氣走管外,中冷器的水流量要求為110m/h)之后進入二級壓縮系統(tǒng),為避免系統(tǒng)中的氣體倒入壓縮腔內(nèi)(避免帶壓起動)在壓縮機的排氣管道安裝有一只懸掛全啟式止回閥,壓縮機排出的氣體推開止回閥進入排氣消聲器,然后進入一級后冷器,二級后冷器,再進入排氣主管道。

exhaust pipe.
