隨著施工企業(yè)的發(fā)展，各施工單位對機械設(shè)備的性能、環(huán)保等方面越來越重視，設(shè)備配置也朝著環(huán)保、節(jié)能的方向發(fā)展，本文簡要對LS20-150螺桿式壓縮機和4L-20/8活塞式壓縮機的性能作如下比較分析。
With the development of construction enterprises, all construction units pay more and more attention to the performance and environmental protection of mechanical equipment, and the equipment configuration is also developing in the direction of environmental protection and energy saving. This paper briefly compares and analyzes the performance of ls20-150 screw compressor and 4L-20 / 8 piston compressor as follows.
壓縮機是以空氣為介質(zhì)的重要動力設(shè)備，在國民經(jīng)濟各行業(yè)及國防建設(shè)中應(yīng)用十分廣泛。國內(nèi)外信息表明，以螺桿式壓縮機代替活塞式壓縮機，是國際上空氣動力用壓縮機發(fā)展的最新趨勢。目前美、日及西歐等發(fā)達國家的螺桿壓縮機市場占有量己達90%以上。九十年代以來，我國通用機械壓縮機制造業(yè)已經(jīng)批量、規(guī)?；a(chǎn)螺桿式壓縮機，螺桿式壓縮機在改善生產(chǎn)條件，降低環(huán)境噪聲，提高氣源質(zhì)量，保障生產(chǎn)正常進行，減少維修時間及費用等諸方面均有著活塞式壓縮機無法比擬的優(yōu)點。
Compressor is an important power equipment with air as medium, which is widely used in various industries of national economy and national defense construction. Information at home and abroad shows that replacing piston compressor with screw compressor is the latest development trend of aerodynamic compressor in the world. At present, the market share of screw compressor in developed countries such as the United States, Japan and Western Europe has reached more than 90%. Since the 1990s, China's general mechanical compressor manufacturing industry has produced screw compressors in batches and on a large scale. Screw compressors have incomparable advantages over piston compressors in improving production conditions, reducing environmental noise, improving air source quality, ensuring normal production and reducing maintenance time and cost.
