螺桿式冷水機(jī)組是蒸氣壓縮式制冷機(jī)組中的一種。其工作原理是通過壓縮機(jī)對氣態(tài)制冷劑施加能量,從而使其壓力、溫度得到提高,然后再通過冷凝、節(jié)流等等過程,使之變成低壓,低溫液態(tài)制冷劑在蒸發(fā)器內(nèi)蒸發(fā)為氣體,與此同時(shí),它從周圍環(huán)境(比如冷水)中獲得熱量使載冷劑的溫度降低,從而達(dá)到人工制冷的目的。
Screw chiller is a kind of vapor compression chiller. Its working principle is to apply energy to the gaseous refrigerant through the compressor, so as to increase its pressure and temperature, and then turn it into low pressure through condensation, throttling and other processes. The low-temperature liquid refrigerant evaporates into gas in the evaporator. At the same time, it obtains heat from the surrounding environment (such as cold water) to reduce the temperature of the refrigerant, so as to achieve the purpose of artificial refrigeration.
