為保證發(fā)電機(jī)組正常的運(yùn)作和有長(zhǎng)的使用期限，優(yōu)良的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)是重要。那麼我們?cè)诰S護(hù)保養(yǎng)前必須做那些提前準(zhǔn)備呢？要認(rèn)真地實(shí)行擠出機(jī)螺桿壓縮機(jī)組的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)技術(shù)規(guī)范。在下手開展維護(hù)保養(yǎng)以前，最少搞好下述提前準(zhǔn)備：
To ensure the normal operation and long service life of the generator set, excellent maintenance is important. So what preparations must we make in advance before maintenance and upkeep? We must conscientiously implement the technical specifications for maintenance and upkeep of the extruder screw compressor unit. Before starting maintenance, at least make the following preparations in advance:
1.一定要先斷開機(jī)箱電源并在電源總開關(guān)處放上標(biāo)示。

2.關(guān)掉通往供氣系統(tǒng)軟件的截止閥門防止空氣壓縮逆流回被維修的一部分，一定不必借助本產(chǎn)品來防護(hù)供氣系統(tǒng)軟件。

在修理時(shí)這四點(diǎn)一定要留意：

1.不必認(rèn)為機(jī)器關(guān)機(jī)，就覺得需要開展維修，維護(hù)保養(yǎng)工作中，機(jī)器的全自動(dòng)自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)隨時(shí)隨地會(huì)運(yùn)行壓縮機(jī)。
