1.設備轉速：

螺桿空壓機的排氣量與轉速成正比，而轉速往往會(huì )隨電網(wǎng)的電壓、頻率而變化。當電壓降低或頻率降低時(shí)，轉速將下降，使螺桿空壓機排氣量減少。
The exhaust volume of a screw air compressor is directly proportional to the speed, and the speed often varies with the voltage and frequency of the power grid. When the voltage or frequency decreases, the rotational speed will decrease, resulting in a decrease in the exhaust volume of the screw air compressor.
2.吸氣狀態(tài)：

螺桿空壓機是容積型壓縮機，吸氣體積不變。當吸氣溫度升高，或吸氣管路阻力過(guò)大而使吸入壓力降低時(shí)，氣體的密度減小，相應地會(huì )減少螺桿空壓機排氣量；

轉子相互之間及轉子與外殼之間在運轉時(shí)沒(méi)有接觸，保持有一定的縫隙，所以會(huì )產(chǎn)生氣體泄漏。壓力升高后的氣體通過(guò)縫隙向吸氣管道及正在吸氣的嚙槽泄漏時(shí)，將使排氣量減小。為了減少泄漏量，在從動(dòng)轉子的齒頂做有密封齒，主動(dòng)轉子的齒根開(kāi)有密封槽，端面也加工有環(huán)狀或條狀的密封齒。如果這些密封線(xiàn)磨損，將使泄漏量增加，因此平時(shí)維護的時(shí)候應該考慮到這些因素；
There is no contact between the rotors and between the rotor and the casing during operation, and there are certain gaps that can cause gas leakage. When the pressure increases and the gas leaks through the gap into the suction pipeline and the suction slot, it will reduce the exhaust volume. In order to reduce leakage, sealing teeth are made at the top of the teeth of the driven rotor, sealing grooves are opened at the root of the teeth of the active rotor, and ring or strip shaped sealing teeth are also machined on the end face. If these sealing lines are worn, it will increase the leakage rate, so these factors should be taken into account during maintenance;
